November 30, 2020 - Blue Skies Dev Log: The Arachnarch
Crawl your way through the Poison Dungeon to face the Arachnarch! This creepy crawler has many attacks and even walks across the ceiling to shoot down at you!
Bosses in Blue Skies scale to multiplayer accordingly to keep the fight tough even when you bring your friends. The bosses will also use tiered difficulty levels, indicated by the star above their health bar. The tiers you can face are bronze, silver, gold, and platinum and which one you get is determined by your world’s difficulty with hard being gold tier. In the video today, we’re fighting a silver Arachnarch boss, on normal difficulty.
What is the “Population” Update?
Population is the huge upcoming update to the Blue Skies that is adding tons of new blocks, items, biomes, mobs, and 2 new dungeons! This one in particular is the Poison Dungeon, where we’re taking deep look into the Everdawn’s most dangerous venom and cave spiders labyrinth.
Blue Skies adds two dimensions. The Everbright and the Everdawn. Each dimension has its own theme with the Everbright being lighter and cold while the Everdawn is darker and warm.
